My name is Franka van Alphen. I've worked for DNV since 2006. As an organisational anthropologist, I am mainly interested in the way that people work, learn and share knowledge in organisations. For any organisation, "the people at work" are the key capital. The right person in the right place is the catalyst of innovation and growth. Succes is determined by building, maintaining and developing new competences. Or rather, the realisation of sustainability through a continuous investment in learning and working. That's not just true for individual organisations, but for branches and sectors as a whole. Personnel certification is an aid to harness it for a common end and can mold it in a transparent shape. Before my interest turned to personnel certification, I worked as a consultant in information management with CIBIT and as a community worker with a neighbourhood welfare group in Utrecht. The common thread in these diverse positions seems to be that I find myself working in projects where working and learning come together, both in the profit and non-profit sector.

My name isAart den Boer.I joined Personnell Certification in 2003. The experience I brought with me from many positions in a variety of branches proved an asset. Personnell Certification has proven to be an excellent (operational) tool in providing proof of expertise, thus promoting professional pride and morale. Realising existing certification schemes and developing new ones, including the formation of new (international) committees challenges me every day anew. My colleagues and I see to the certification of both technical and service related competency profiles. In 2010 I became the manager of the department Personnell Certification. The DNV Personnell Certificate is renowned as a sign of expertise, which is why, with 80 competency profiles and over 500.000 issued certificates, we are the leading organisation when it comes to professional certification.

My name is Ineke Bruinsma and I’ve worked for DNV since 1994, always with great satisfaction. I started in the Consulting department, transferred to IT and in 2002 to Personnell Certification. As Office Manager I am responsible, amongst other things, for the administrative processes, updating this website and the maintenance of our client database.

My name is Momina Ilahibaks and I’ve worked for DNV since May of 2002. I remember well how I started as a temp, assisting the Personnell Certification department. I mainly worked on the great number of TCVT recertification requests coming in. Presently I am responsible with the certification requests in the schemes SCC, metal preservation, cleaning service brokers, real estate brokers agents and surveyors. My name is Marina Multem and I joined DNV in April of 2007. As administrator, my work consists of handling a variety of certification requests, from many different schemes. Next to that I am responsible for the TCVT recertification requests. I also fulfill several tasks as a secretary, such as organizing meetings, making minutes, and making appointments. I am Lodewijk Nolke. In November 2010 I started as a project manager for DNV Personnell certification. I handle certification schemes for scaffolding and insulation (PWF BIS-IS), for the coördinators of corporate first aid and inspectors of electronic equipment. Between 1997 and the point I joined the team for Personnell Certification, I worked as a programme manager for DNV-CIBIT, where I headed up the Master of Science programmes as well as courses for IT architecture, data security and I supported the training of clients. I have a background in Management and Training.

My name is Erik van de Voort and I signed up with Personnell Certification on the first of January 2008. I gladly use my wide experience in representing people for various employers’ unions and my knowledge of educational developments within MBO in order to promote a high level of competence. That is after all the raison d’être for DNV Personnell Certification. I handle primarily certification for welders, crane surveyors, metal conservation, real estate brokers and asbestos removal.

I am René de Vries and I’ve worked for DNV since 2007. I started as a Risk Consultant in the Risk Management Solutions department. As a consultant I completed several (international) Supply Chain Management projects for customers, amongst which several had to do with AEO certification. In April 2010 I went to work for Personnell Certification, as a project manager. I am responsible for managing existing and developing new personnell certification schemes and maintaining relations with external parties. I am Esther de Waal and I have worked for DNV from January 2008. After almost a year and a half spent in the Maritime department I transferred to Personnell Certification in November of 2009.
