Action Plan & Road map for improvement: this incorporates developing the building blocks of a loss prevention programme
Training of staff : a large variety of training modules can be delivered here, with topics such as: the fundamentals of loss causation & loss control; task analysis, planned inspections, accident investigation, group communications, risk awareness sessions, etc.

Task Based Risk Analysis :
Task Based Risk Analysis is a legal requirement in most EU countries. Based on an inventory of all tasks in the organisation, a systematic examination of each task is conducted, aiming at identifying and evaluating all loss exposures present while the task is being done. The tasks are ranked based upon their criticality; those tasks classified as "critical tasks" then receive further attention until it is ensured that the associated prevention and control measures are satisfactory, meaning that the residual risk is reduced to an acceptable level.
